What is FoodLab Sydney?
FoodLab is a for-purpose food business incubator comprised of exceptional food artisans and experienced business professionals passionate about helping people launch their own food businesses.
We equip people with the skills, tools, networks and resources needed to become a sustainable food enterprise in Sydney.
By empowering individuals and communities with the capabilities they need to participate in a thriving local food system, collectively we can make Sydney a more vibrant and diverse place to live and eat.
How does it work?
Each year, FoodLab Sydney takes on two cohorts of participants from all different walks of life, backgrounds, cultures, and with different food ideas, but each with a passion and desire to make a difference in their lives, or their communities, through food.
